What we collect and why

We collect the contact details, property address, postcode and roof information you provide so we can respond to your enquiry, discuss the work and prepare an initial assessment. Your preferred callback date and time are optional. We use this information to take steps you request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and protecting the service against misuse.

Your guide and callback

Your personalised brochure is generated in your browser using your enquiry details. Measurements you supply are approximate; a roof assessment is required before a written quote. The calendar records a preferred time and does not confirm an appointment. We do not automatically send marketing emails. The form does not request photographs or save Google Maps imagery.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in a private database and accessed through a password-protected review desk. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and database infrastructure. Mailcow on our UK Contabo server provides the contact mailbox. These services process information to operate the service; hosting infrastructure may process data outside the UK. We do not sell your enquiry details or publish them on this website.

How long we keep information

We keep your enquiry while responding, assessing the work and following up with you. Enquiries that do not proceed are reviewed for deletion after six months. If work proceeds, necessary quotation, contract and accounting records are retained separately for applicable record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to your information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can also request a portable copy. Contact us using the details above. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The enquiry journey uses a short-lived secure cookie to give you access to your own enquiry and callback preference. The review desk uses an authentication cookie. These are functional cookies; we do not use advertising or analytics cookies in this site.
